   Covers first 1000 items into commerce database
   Additional 1000 item cost will be applied
   Also 10 Category Pages (example: Clothing, Shoes, Hats, etc.)
   Fee for each additional Category Page
   Yearly Renewal  (Another yr. of unlimited updates)
   Referral Fee $100 (Can be held in escrow to cover renewal)

Referrals:
   $100 for each referral Referral monies can be held in escrow to cover yearly maintenance renewal.

Hosting Fee: provided.

     All clients hosted utilize the 99% spam and virus free filter for all email accts.
     - Small yearly fee for service.

To Start:
   Need material (sellable items or brochures for content)
   Logo, design ideas (for content approach), images (JPG, GIF, etc.)

Steps of Approval:
     JPG screen shots of website layouts for clients to approval.
     After clients approval on design, Webchick will break down website into HTML format.
     Any Flash animation, photos or eye candy, WebChick will provide.
